<html><head></head><body><div><div><div><div><br></div>Ephesians 3;17-19<div><br></div><div>16. &nbsp;that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with might through his Spirit in the inner man,</div><div><b>17. &nbsp;and that <u>Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith;</u>&nbsp;that you being rooted and&nbsp;grounded</b></div><div><b>in love,</b></div><div><b>18. &nbsp;may have power to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth,</b></div><div><b>19. &nbsp;and to <u>know the love of Christ</u>&nbsp;which surpasses knowledge, <u>that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.</u></b></div><div><br></div><div>This passage of scripture is the foundation for understanding ‘walking by the Spirit in newness of life.’</div><div><br></div><div>By faith you are not just ’you’. &nbsp; You are the cleansed dwelling place of God in Christ by the Spirit.</div><div><br></div><div>You are not just a forgiven Believer. &nbsp;You are now by faith brought into true, full&nbsp;communion with&nbsp;God and He with&nbsp;you.</div><div><br></div><div>How can we&nbsp;finite things, (each one of&nbsp;us, our bodies and souls) contain the infinite? &nbsp;How can we know that which surpasses knowledge, the very love of God?</div><div><br></div><div>It can only be understood as divine meta-physics. &nbsp;Just as bread and wine when&nbsp;combined with the Word become also the true body and true blood of Jesus. &nbsp;So too, by the Word, Spirit, and gift of faith, are we now united with Christ in a spiritual marriage, the two have become one. &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>In this union, we now have full&nbsp;access to God, all&nbsp;the riches of his glory in Christ, the infinite sacrificial love of God, now made ours, inspiring us. &nbsp;No wonder Paul prays that we be strengthened. &nbsp;This union transcends all&nbsp;human understanding and all&nbsp;human powers. &nbsp;This is impossible for adults who limit their thinking to what is reasonable and logical. &nbsp;It can only be done by children, children of God, for whom the impossible does not exit.</div><div><br></div><div>By this divine union we now have power to do as Jesus says we must do if we are to be his disciples,</div><div><i>“deny ourselves, take up our crosses, and follow him!” &nbsp;</i></div><div><br></div><div>What the Lord God requires of us, we have not the power to give, therefore&nbsp;he also supplies the means to us for the doing of his will, himself!</div><div><br></div><div>Prayer: &nbsp;Merciful Father, bless your Church, the Bride of Christ, to truly&nbsp;know&nbsp;that&nbsp;which surpasses knowledge. &nbsp;Bless your Church to by faith,&nbsp;be filled with all your fullness, that we truly walk by the Spirit in newness of life. &nbsp;In Jesus we pray, Amen.</div><div><br></div><div>Love,</div><div>Dad/Baba/Eric</div><div>Grandpa Pickle Pastor</div><div>“A chapter a day, every day, progressively, be transformed, ‘soak’ in God’s living Word. &nbsp;God’s Word is our habitation, and we are His.”</div><div><br><br><div><a href="https://mail.onelink.me/107872968?pid=nativeplacement&amp;c=Global_Acquisition_YMktg_315_Internal_EmailSignature&amp;af_sub1=Acquisition&amp;af_sub2=Global_YMktg&amp;af_sub3=&amp;af_sub4=100000604&amp;af_sub5=EmailSignature__Static_" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"></a><br></div></div></div></div></div></body></html>

How can we finite things, (each one of us, our bodies and souls) contain the infinite?  How can we know that which surpasses knowledge, the very love of God?
It can only be understood as divine meta-physics.  Just as bread and wine when combined with the Word become also the true body and true blood of Jesus.  So too, by the Word, Spirit, and gift of faith, are we now united with Christ in a spiritual marriage, the two have become one.  
In this union, we now have full access to God, all the riches of his glory in Christ, the infinite sacrificial love of God, now made ours, inspiring us.  No wonder Paul prays that we be strengthened.  This union transcends all human understanding and all human powers.  This is impossible for adults who limit their thinking to what is reasonable and logical.  It can only be done by children, children of God, for whom the impossible does not exit.
By this divine union we now have power to do as Jesus says we must do if we are to be his disciples,“deny ourselves, take up our crosses, and follow him!”

Prayer:  Merciful Father, bless your Church, the Bride of Christ, to truly know that which surpasses knowledge.  Bless your Church to by faith, be filled with all your fullness, that we truly walk by the Spirit in newness of life.  In Jesus we pray, Amen.
