<html><head></head><body><div><div><div><div><br></div>Mark 3;22-30<div><br></div><div><b>22. &nbsp;And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, “He is possessed by Be-elzebul, and by the prince of demons he casts out demons.”</b></div><div><b>23. &nbsp;And he called them&nbsp;to him, and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan?</b></div><div><b>24. &nbsp;If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.</b></div><div><b>25. &nbsp;And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.</b></div><div><b>26. &nbsp;And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end.</b></div><div><br></div><div>Sin separates us from God and&nbsp;each other. &nbsp;As soon as Adam and Eve sinned they fled from God. &nbsp;God had to go looking for them, calling to them. &nbsp;&nbsp;Adam blamed both God and<span>&nbsp;Eve for his own disobedience. &nbsp;At least Eve was honest about it and correctly&nbsp;blamed the serpent and herself.&nbsp; (Genesis 3;8-15)</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Jesus is the promised <i>“woman’s seed” w</i>ho would crush the serpents head but would himself&nbsp;be injured in the process. (v.15). We say that Genesis 3;15 is the very first promise of the Savior to come.</span></div><div><span>It prophesize&nbsp;that the Savior would be only of woman’s seed, no earthly father, (born of a virgin)</span></div><div><span>and that Satan would be destroyed, but the ‘Seed of the woman’ would suffer, (the cross).</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>The apostle Paul, inspired by the Holy Spirit writes saying, <i>“God’s plan for the fullness of time is to unite all things in Him, things in heaven and things on earth.” &nbsp;</i>(Ephesians 1;9&amp;10)</span></div><div><span>In Christ Jesus, what separated us from God and each other, (Satan and rebellious&nbsp;sin) is overcome, and God’s creation is once more restored to perfect oneness.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Satan is not divided, he is devoted to the destruction of your faith, love, and obedience to the will of the Father. &nbsp;There is a Great War raging&nbsp;in this world for the souls of men, but we need not fear the evil one, for our Lord Jesus has risen from the tomb and conquered both Satan and death. &nbsp;We have nothing to fear except our own power to doubt God’s goodness and love for us.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>To doubt God’s goodness to us in Jesus, to doubt who Jesus really is, is to let go of our life preserver and embrace a huge anchor instead. &nbsp;We will sink and die. &nbsp;The trials&nbsp;and tribulations the Father allows into our lives are only meant to strengthen us in our faith. &nbsp;Now, even death holds no fear for us. &nbsp;We have been given a life which cannot be taken from us. &nbsp;It was given to us in our&nbsp;baptism&nbsp;into Christ. &nbsp;Even our bodies will be raised imperishable, and all our loved ones who have died in faith in Jesus will be restored to us. &nbsp;Even now, we remain one with them through Christ. &nbsp;Our oneness with the Father and each other&nbsp;has been restored, alleluia!</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Just as Satan the father of lies, deceived Eve, he still tries to deceive us. &nbsp;Be not deceived, God is our life and our salvation. &nbsp;Cling to Him in the faith He has given us. &nbsp;Trust His promises and partake of His divine nature.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Prayer: &nbsp;Merciful Father,&nbsp;deliver us from temptation. &nbsp;In Jesus we pray, Amen</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Love,</span></div><div><span>Dad/Baba/Eric</span></div><div><span>Grandpa Pickle Pastor</span></div><div><span>“A chapter a day, every day, progressively, be transformed, ‘soak’ in God’s living Word. &nbsp;God’s Word is our habitation, and we are His.”&nbsp;</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><br><br><div><a href="https://mail.onelink.me/107872968?pid=nativeplacement&amp;c=Global_Acquisition_YMktg_315_Internal_EmailSignature&amp;af_sub1=Acquisition&amp;af_sub2=Global_YMktg&amp;af_sub3=&amp;af_sub4=100000604&amp;af_sub5=EmailSignature__Static_" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"></a><br></div></div></div></div></div></body></html>
