<html><head></head><body><div><div><div><div><br></div>Mark 4;30-32<div><br></div><div><b>30. &nbsp;And he said, &nbsp;“With what shall I compare the kingdom of God, or what parable shall we use for it?</b></div><div><b>31. &nbsp;It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when sown upon the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on earth;</b></div><div><b>32. &nbsp;yet, when it is sown it grows up and becomes the greatest of all the shrubs, and puts forth branches, so that the birds of the air can make nests in its shade.”</b></div><div><br></div><div>Long ago, God promised,&nbsp;<i>“The woman’s seed, who would crush the head of the serpent”. &nbsp;</i>We know now that Jesus is the promised <i>“seed”</i>&nbsp;who has overcome sin, death, and Satan. &nbsp;He has been planted in the good soil of faithful Believers hearts, and the Church of all true believers now fills the whole earth.</div><div><br></div><div>This seed has not only grown up in this world as the Church, but Christ grows in us. &nbsp;By the ongoing work of the Word and Holy Spirit, each of us is being <i>“filled” </i>more and more with the grace of God, conforming us to Christ, maturing us so that we become <i>“branches” </i>strong enough to shelter others, branches who bear fruit to the Father’s glory.</div><div><br></div><div><i>“Nests” </i>are for bearing new life as well.</div><div><br></div><div>The Church is all about sheltering/resting&nbsp;in the protecting love of God through faith in Jesus, and&nbsp;spiritual reproduction. &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><i>“Even the sparrow finds a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, at thy altars, O my God.” &nbsp;</i>(Psalm 84;3)</div><div><br></div><div>Prayer: &nbsp;Merciful Father, by Your Word and Spirit continue to grow Your kingdom&nbsp;in this world, and your kingdom’s rule in us. &nbsp; Make us ‘strong and&nbsp;inviting’ to those in need of rest and protection, so that they too may be fruitful, and You be glorified. &nbsp;In Jesus we pray, Amen.</div><div><br></div><div>Love,</div><div>Dad/Baba/Eric</div><div>Grandpa Pickle Pastor</div><div>“A chapter a day, every day, progressively, be transformed, ‘soak’ in God’s living Word. &nbsp;God’s Word is our habitation, and we are His.”<br><br><br><div><a href="https://mail.onelink.me/107872968?pid=nativeplacement&amp;c=Global_Acquisition_YMktg_315_Internal_EmailSignature&amp;af_sub1=Acquisition&amp;af_sub2=Global_YMktg&amp;af_sub3=&amp;af_sub4=100000604&amp;af_sub5=EmailSignature__Static_" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"></a><br></div></div></div></div></div></body></html>


Mark 4;30-32
