<html><head></head><body><div><div><div><div><br></div>Mark 10;48-52<div><br></div><div><b>48. &nbsp;And many rebuked him, telling him to be silent; but he cried out all the more,&nbsp;“Son of David have mercy on me!”</b></div><div><b>49. &nbsp;And Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” &nbsp;And they called the blind man, saying to him, “Take heart; rise, he is calling you.“</b></div><div><b>50. &nbsp;And throwing off his mantle, he sprang&nbsp;up and came to Jesus.</b></div><div><b>51. &nbsp;And Jesus said to him, “What do you want me to do for you?” &nbsp;And the blind man said to him, “Master, let me receive my sight.“</b></div><div><b>52. &nbsp;And Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” &nbsp;And immediately he received his sight&nbsp;and followed him on the way.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div>Faith to ‘see’ Jesus,&nbsp; is given us by the working of the Word and Holy Spirit,&nbsp;so that we no longer go, ‘our own willful, stubborn, selfish way.’ &nbsp;Faith<span>&nbsp;is given so that we now discover a new will within us,&nbsp;the will of Christ. &nbsp;Our way is the way of our&nbsp;Lord, Jesus Christ. &nbsp;The way of Christ is the doing of the Father’s will.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Jesus said, <i>“I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of Him who sent me.” &nbsp;</i></span></div><div><span>(John 6;38)</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><i>“But we have the Mind of Christ” </i>(1 Corinthians 2;16b). It has been given into us as a part of the gift of faith.</span></div><div><span>By our faith in Christ, following Him, we are actually living to do the Father’s will.&nbsp;</span></div><div><b><br></b></div><div>This is why we pray the <i>“Abba!
