So they are without excuse;</b></div><div><b>21. &nbsp;for although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their senseless minds were darkened.</b></div><div><br></div>Humanity in its’ fallen state is purely subjective. &nbsp;We are ‘turned in on ourselves.’ &nbsp;We relate to everything in Creation (including others) by how those other things effect us. &nbsp;To put it simply, we are by our base sinful nature, purely&nbsp;selfish. &nbsp;As such, the material world, (including our own physical&nbsp;senses) &nbsp;become&nbsp;to us&nbsp;of highest importance. &nbsp;As Paul says later in this chapter, we worship and serve the creature rather than the Creator.<div><span><br></span></div><div><span>God&nbsp;justly expects humanity to view Creation,&nbsp;recognize the complexity, the order, the presence of reproductive life and conclude that there must be a wondrous</span><span> Creator from which all matter, order, complexity</span><span>, and reproductive life comes from, AND seek after Him, honor Him, worship, and serve Him.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Humanity in its’ fallen state does none of this. &nbsp;We delight only&nbsp;in the material&nbsp;things in Creation which please us. &nbsp;We blind ourselves to the invisible, almighty, eternal&nbsp;Spirit of God.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Such refusal to acknowledge the Creator&nbsp;offends God.&nbsp;His wrath comes against all such ungodliness and wickedness. &nbsp;</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>God’s plan for the fullness of time is to unite all things together&nbsp;in Christ, things in heaven and on earth;</span></div><div><span>the visible material work of God (which is plagued with death and decay)&nbsp;with His invisible divine eternal powerful&nbsp;Self. &nbsp;</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Being out in nature or studying the form, function, and order of the things in Creation can be&nbsp;truly worshipful.</span></div><div><span>Wise people see the beauty and wonder of Creation and give glory to God.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>The next time you take a walk, open your eyes, open your heart, and&nbsp;worship, be amazed, rejoice, and give thanks for the One who calls all things into existence by the power of His Word.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><i>“The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims His handiwork.” </i>(Psalm 19;1)</span></div><div><span>(Read and meditate on all of Psalm 19.)</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Prayer: &nbsp;Merciful Father, by Your grace, by the voice of Your Creation, open our eyes and hearts to acknowledge You. &nbsp;Deliver us from being turned in on ourselves. &nbsp;In Jesus we pray, Amen.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Love,</span></div><div><span>Dad/Baba/Eric</span></div><div><span>Grandpa Pickle Pastor</span></div><div><span>“A chapter a day, every day, progressively, be transformed, ‘soak’ in the living Word. &nbsp;God’s Word is our habitation, and we are His.”</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><div><br></div><div><br><div><br></div><div><div><br><br><div><a href="https://mail.onelink.me/107872968?pid=nativeplacement&amp;c=Global_Acquisition_YMktg_315_Internal_EmailSignature&amp;af_sub1=Acquisition&amp;af_sub2=Global_YMktg&amp;af_sub3=&amp;af_sub4=100000604&amp;af_sub5=EmailSignature__Static_" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"></a><br></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></body></html>


Romans 1;18-21
