Since, therefore, we are now justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God.</b></div><div><b>10. &nbsp;For if while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.</b></div><div><b>11. &nbsp;Not only so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received our reconciliation.</b></div><div><br></div><div>What on earth does, <i>“<u>much more</u>&nbsp;shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God” </i>mean?</div><div><br></div><div>It means, we need to be continually saved/delivered. &nbsp;For in this life, we suffer the constant assaults of our enemies, the devil, this world, and our flesh, especially our flesh.</div><div><br></div><div>In order for the ongoing salvation of our souls to be accomplished, we need not just the atoning&nbsp;<i>“blood”</i>&nbsp;shed by Christ, we continually need the <i>“life” </i>of Christ, the&nbsp;indwelling, living, actual&nbsp;presence of Christ by the Holy Spirit enlightening and sanctifying us in our ongoing struggle against sin.</div><div><br></div><div>We must by faith live <i>“through” </i>Jesus by the Spirit.</div><div><br></div><div>Even our very worship, our <i>“rejoicing in God” &nbsp;</i>can only happen&nbsp;<span>through this same indwelling of Christ by the Spirit. &nbsp;Nothing we do which is pleasing to God, is ever done ‘of ourselves.’ &nbsp;It must be done <i>“through Christ”.</i></span></div><div><span><i><br></i></span></div><div><span>This means that our faith is a ‘living faith.’ &nbsp;We do not live simply believing in what Christ has done for us&nbsp;historically</span><span>, (that would&nbsp;mean&nbsp;the lives we live are humanly powered, lived&nbsp;only ’in memory’ of Christ).</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>We live daily believing in </span><u>what Christ by the Holy Spirit</u><span>&nbsp;</span><b>is doing</b><span>&nbsp;presently in us! &nbsp;Such living is meta-physical and supernatural. &nbsp;It is joyous and exciting! &nbsp;It is walking by the Spirit.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><i>“I have been crucified with Christ; it is <u>no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me</u>, and the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me”</i>&nbsp;(both historically AND continually).</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Prayer: &nbsp;Merciful Father, grant that our faith be not just in what Christ had done, but also in what He is doing. &nbsp;In Jesus we pray, Amen.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Love,</span></div><div><span>Dad/Baba/Eric/Grandpa Pickle Pastor</span></div><div><span>“A chapter a day, every day, progressively, be transformed, ‘soak’ in the living Word. &nbsp;God’s Word is our habitation and we, contrite, broken-hearted, forgiven children are His.”</span></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br><br><br><div><a href="https://mail.onelink.me/107872968?pid=nativeplacement&amp;c=Global_Acquisition_YMktg_315_Internal_EmailSignature&amp;af_sub1=Acquisition&amp;af_sub2=Global_YMktg&amp;af_sub3=&amp;af_sub4=100000604&amp;af_sub5=EmailSignature__Static_" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"></a><br></div></div></div></div></div></body></html>

What on earth does, “much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God” mean?
It means, we need to be continually saved/delivered.  For in this life, we suffer the constant assaults of our enemies, the devil, this world, and our flesh, especially our flesh.
In order for the ongoing salvation of our souls to be accomplished, we need not just the atoning “blood” shed by Christ, we continually need the “life” of Christ, the indwelling, living, actual presence of Christ by the Holy Spirit enlightening and sanctifying us in our ongoing struggle against sin.
We must by faith live “through” Jesus by the Spirit.
