Because they did not pursue it through Faith, but as if it were based on works.</div><div><b>32b. &nbsp; They have stumbled over the stumbling stone,</b></div><div><b>33. &nbsp; &nbsp;As it is written, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone that will make men stumble, a rock that will make them fall, and he who believes in him will not be put to shame.”</b><b></b></div><div><b><br></b></div><br><div>In the darkness of unbelief, men <i>“stumble” </i>over &nbsp;Him whom they&nbsp;refuse to&nbsp;see.</div><div><br></div><div>‘Seeing by faith’,&nbsp;(like the man born blind), who confessed to the Jews, <i>“We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, God listens to him. Never since the world began has it been heard that anyone open the eyes of a man born blind. Romans 32b & 33
32a.  Why?
